Crunchy Healthy Midday Munchie
Back in the day my "afternoon pick-me-up" was a venti nonfat mocha and a cookie! Ugh for something that will give you a REAL energy boost, nutrients your body can use; fiber one cereal, dried edamame/soybeans, raw almonds, & raisins...great desk munchy to keep your metabolism going strong til dinner! Don't forget the water - you need it to wash down all that fiber goodness Enjoy!
